POINTS OF DISTINCTION
- This vintage is entirely handmade from Saperavi grapes the family planted 25 years ago.
- It follows millennia-old Kakhetian methodology, after which stems, seeds, and skins are included in the pomace. After the harvest in late September, it was naturally fermented and matured in a handmade Qvevri for months.
- This small, family-owned Zurab Kviriashvili Vineyard was established next to Alauani River in mountainous Tevali, Kakheti province in East Georgia, in 2002.
