Ajapsandali - Georgian Vegetarian Stew
Ajapsandali (a-ZHAP-sahn-DOLL-ee) აჯაფსანდალი - This colorful vegetable stew resembles ratatouille but combines root and summer vegetables (and has no courgettes/zucchini).
